Erica leverages deep customer-centred strategic insight to help organisations design meaningful customer and employee experiences. Her approach combines behavioural insight, service design thinking, and practical tools that align operational performance with human connection. She has over 24 years of experience in the banking industry with institutions such as:

Erica is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), the highest educational award from Toastmasters International, which she earned in December 2022. Over five years, she served in senior leadership roles, including Division Director for Namibia and Botswana, Area Director, Club President, and multiple executive positions. She has completed eight advanced leadership and communication programmes, including:

A Voice Forged Through Experience.

The name 'Scarlett' comes from the red beryl gemstone (an extremely rare, deep-red gemstone) found beneath the earth. Like a diamond, it is a rare mineral formed through a unique process involving high-temperature lava flows and immense pressure. This carries symbolic significance for Erica, representing the journey in life she has taken to become the dynamic and formidable person she is today.

Timothy Mulondo is a professional public speaker, actor & graphic designer who serves as Scarlett Speaking Lab's charismatic Master of Ceremonies (MC) and Creative Director, where he crafts the visual language and creative consistency of the brand.

Where Does 'Robin' Come From?

Batman & Robin swinging in to save the day.

Every spark has a flame, and every superhero has their trusted sidekick. Sherlock Holmes has Dr. Watson, Jordan has Mikhaila, and of course, Batman has Robin. Where Erica shapes the vision, Timothy ensures that every touchpoint reflects the confidence, excellence, and purpose Scarlett Speaking Lab strives for.

Timothy Jackson 'Tim' Drake is the third person to take on the role of Robin, Batman's faithful and highly capable sidekick. He is formidable, has a gifted intelligence, and, although he has no superpowers, has proven himself to be very courageous in the face of insurmountable odds.

At first, it was their shared name that drew the connection, but in time, Timothy admired the guiding beliefs and values that the character embodies, that is why Timothy adopted 'Robin' as his stage name.

Timothy has leveraged the experience he has gained as a public speaker and communicator, to star in the Multichoice Namibia feature films “Dubbel Moielikheid” and "Crossover Hearts".

Timothy has over seven years of experience as a professional public speaker. He has been granted a Triple Crown Award by Toastmasters International and has completed his Level 5 Innovative Planning pathway within Toastmasters International.
