Erica is the founder of Scarlett Speaking Lab. She lives for that spark—the moment a speaker finds their voice, stands tall and speaks with conviction. She has made it her mission to help others rise with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Erica Mulondo

Public Speaking Coach | Customer Experience Strategist | DTM

With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and a decade of captivating audiences through public speaking, Erica knows how to blend professionalism with personality.

She holds a (DTM) Distinguished Toastmaster title — the highest honor awarded by Toastmasters International. She has also been in various leadership roles, from Club President to Area Director, and finally as a Division Director where she was the overseer of clubs across Namibia and Botswana. At her core, Erica is a mentor, a listener, and a passionate believer in people. She doesn’t just teach public speaking—she ignites it.
