At her core, Erica is a mentor, a listener, and a passionate believer in people.

With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and a decade of captivating audiences through public speaking, Erica knows how to blend professionalism with personality.

She holds a (DTM) Distinguished Toastmaster title, the highest honor awarded by Toastmasters International. She has also been in various leadership roles, from Club President to Area Director, and finally Division Director where she was the overseer of clubs across Namibia, South Africa and Botswana.
